Cappuccino Slice
Ingredients (Paste):
100 grams oatmeal, 1 tablespoon ground coffee, 1 tablespoon natural cocoa powder, 30 grams chocolate or cappuccino flavoured 100% Whey Protein Professional, 2 eggs, 175 grams skim yoghurt, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon baking powder, as much sweetener as you’d like

Ingredients (Cream):
4-5 dl milk, ½ dl brewed coffee, 200 grams cottage cheese, 3 tablespoons sour cream or vanilla flavoured pudding powder (can be substituted by oatmeal), as much sweetener as you’d like

On top of it, you can add cocoa powder, grated chocolate, chocolate gloss or something else according to your preference.

Mix the paste and the dry ingredients, add the yoghurt and the yolk then mix the whipped glair into the blend. Cover a smaller pan with baking paper and bake the blend for 10 minutes on 1800C. In the meantime, mix the pudding powder carefully into the milk and coffee blend, add the sweetener, then cook it dense while stirring. Once cooled, add the cottage cheese. If the cottage cheese is lumpy, use a blender. If it’s still too dense, dilute it with milk. Coat the cooled paste with the cream and pour cocoa powder or grated chocolate on top of it.
