Cottage Cheese Souffle
500 grams cottage cheese, 4 eggs, a pinch of salt, sweetener, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 tablespoon natural cocoa powder, 1 lemon, a little vanilla flavouring, 1 serving of 100% Whey Protein Professional (recommended flavours: honey-vanilla, cinnamon-vanilla, caramel)

Mix the cottage cheese with yolk, salt, baking powder, sweetener, vanilla flavouring and the protein powder, and stir the mix until it gets foamy. Add the lime juice and its grated skin. Divide the mix into two parts, and mix cocoa powder into one of them. Whip the glair and divide it between the unflavoured light-, and the cocoa mixed part. Put the two types of paste on each other in a mould and bake it on 1800C for 25 minutes. Once done, sprinkle it with cocoa powder and cinnamon flavoured sweetener. Optionally, you can add 3 tablespoons’ oats or cereal to the paste. Furthermore, it’s not mandatory to divide the paste into two, and it is delicious even without adding the cocoa powder.
