American pancakes with cottage cheese and protein
2 glairs, 30 grams 100% Whey Protein (ex. vanilla) or 100% Whey Protein Professional, 30 grams oatmeal, 50 grams cottage cheese, 1 teaspoon baking powder, sweetener, water, coconut fat for baking
Mix the glairs with the protein powder, and then add oatmeal, baking powder, cottage cheese and sweetener to the mix, plus enough water to get a dense paste. Heat the coconut fat and make smaller sized pancakes. The amount of ingredients explained is enough to prepare 4 pancakes, as seen on the picture.
Serving: diabetic jam, sweetened cottage cheese or chocolate glaze (natural cocoa powder + sweetener + some water)
